How to Connect a Messaging Channel?

Connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS, and VOIP channels to WapCRM. Manage multi-channel communications from one platform and streamline customer support efficiently.

Each messaging platform requires a one-time setup to integrate with WapCRM. Follow the steps below to connect your preferred channel.

Step-by-Step Guide to Connecting a Channel:

📌 Step 1: Go to Settings → Accounts. 📌 Step 2: Click "Add New Account" and select the platform you want to connect (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or SMS). 📌 Step 3: Follow the platform-specific authentication process (details below). 📌 Step 4: Assign the channel to team members who will manage it. 📌 Step 5: Configure message routing rules (if needed). 📌 Step 6: Click "Save" and start managing messages inside WapCRM.

Connecting WhatsApp Business API
