System Requirements and Browser Compatibility

WapCRM works best on updated browsers and meets system requirements for seamless access to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS, and VOIP on desktop and mobile.

WapCRM is a web-based platform designed for smooth performance and security across different devices and browsers. Below are the recommended system requirements to ensure the best user experience.


Minimum System Requirements

For Desktop Users:

✅ Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 and above ✅ Processor: Intel Core i3 (or equivalent) or higher ✅ RAM: 4GB minimum (8GB recommended for smooth performance) ✅ Internet Connection: Minimum 10 Mbps for stable communication ✅ Display Resolution: 1366 x 768 (Full HD recommended)

For Mobile Users (WapCRM Android App):

✅ Operating System: Android 9.0 (Pie) or later ✅ RAM: 3GB or more ✅ Storage: At least 200MB of free space ✅ Internet Connection: Wi-Fi or 4G/5G recommended


Supported Web Browsers

WapCRM is optimized for the latest versions of major web browsers. To avoid performance issues, always use an updated browser.

✅ Google Chrome (Latest version) – Recommended for best compatibility and speed ✅ Mozilla Firefox (Latest version) – Fully supported ✅ Microsoft Edge (Latest version) – Fully supported ✅ Safari (macOS, Latest version) – Fully supported

⚠ Not Recommended:

  • Internet Explorer (No support)

  • Older versions of browsers may cause performance issues or UI glitches.


Network & Security Requirements

  • WapCRM requires a stable internet connection for real-time communication.

  • Ensure firewall and VPN settings allow access to WapCRM servers.
